The Great Circus Mystery - Achievement Iconsby ~Channini

Digital Art / Pixel Art / Objects / Non-Isometric

Did these for a challenge at Pixel Joint. The prompt was to pick a game that didn't already have achievement icons and come up with some. I went all the way back to a Genesis game I loved as a kid - The Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey and Minnie - for the Sega Genesis.

Achievements:

Top Left: Master Explorer - Visit every area of the game at least once

Middle Right: Fire Affinity - Beat the Juggler Weasel without getting hit by fireballs

Top Right: Ice Affinity - Get through the frozen plains without taking damage from ice elementals

Bottom Left: Tree hugger - Total time spent climbing trees using the Safari outfit over 30 minutes

Bottom Middle: Numismatist - Have 999 coins on hand

Bottom Right: Bowa Constrictor - Subdue at least 10 snakes in the jungle while playing as Minnie

Palette: Dawnbringer's 16

Thank you so much! It's so cool to meet someone else who loved the game too. Capcom just really put effort into their games back then and it really showed. The graphics were beautiful in a cartoony way - which was just perfect for the material - and the gameplay was just fun. Plus, back then it was really cool to be able to choose to play as a girl. It was really just a gem of a game on the Genesis, up there with Sonic the Hedgehog 2 as one of my favorites as a kid.
